Kinetik Dynamics provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, SaaS development, IoT solutions, and related technology services. The specific terms of any engagement are governed by a separate service agreement.
Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of the deliverables as specified in the service agreement. Kinetik Dynamics retains rights to general methodologies, tools, and frameworks used in development.
Kinetik Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
